The project is located near the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Mutual of Omaha/Midtown Crossing, the Kiewit Companies, and the rapidly expanding commercial development in the Blackstone District.

South Hill Rowhouses, 10th & William, Omaha, NE



The new construction of 36 rowhouses in Omaha's burgeoning downtown.


The new construction of approximately 192 LIHTC garden-style apartments on approximately ten acres with amenities such as a pool and clubhouse.


Clarity Development has partnered with Greenslate Development to develop 10 luxury market-rate new construction Class A apartments and approximately 12,892 square ft. of commercial space in the heart of the Midtown Omaha. 

Old Town Village, 14th & William, OMAHA, NE

Clarity has been strategically acquiring assets in the historically Czech area of Omaha centered on 13th and William Streets-- immediately south of Omaha's revitalized downtown that has seen billions in investment over the last decade. Clarity has been working with the City of Omaha to put in place the necessary local programs and incentives thereby creating the right ecosystem for future re-development. Clarity seeks to give the Old Town Village area a second breath of life by restoring their historic area back to its original condition with modern flare. Clarity is collaborating with White Lotus Group to develop an approximately five-story, one hundred thousand square foot Class A mixed-use facility that will be located across the street from Metropolitan Community College's historic Fort Omaha Campus. The project will consist of approximately 110 LIHTC apartments and 11,000 square feet of commercial space which will consist of, among other tenants, a federally-qualified health center and multiple restaurants.





Clarity is partnering with Greenslate Development to historically rehabilitate and restore the Colonial Hotel to it's former glory. The 45,000 sf Colonial Hotel, will be converted into market-rate apartments while the former Red Lion pub will be revived in to a commercial bar and grill. The project will be financed utilizing a combination of Federal and Nebraska State Historic Tax Credits (HTC) and City of Omaha Tax Increment Financing (TIF). Estimated Completion to be Summer, 2017.

Sorensen Residences, 60th & Sorenson, Omaha, NE

The construction of approximately 120 affordable housing apartments on nearly eight acres with preferences for seniors and veterans and amenities such as a pool, clubhouse, ponds, and walking trails.
