Formerly known as the Colonial Hotel, this project involved the Historic Renovation of a 40,000 SF, 6 story building comprised of 100 transient lodging units into 40 high-end market rate apartments. A link addition on the North side of the building connects the (2) structures originally building in the early 1900s and houses the new elevator and stair core for the building.
